Anti-UPF1 Antibody - Identical to Abcam (ab196572)

A polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com raised in rabbit against UPF1 (also known as RENT1/hUPF1), supplied as an unconjugated IgG preparation in liquid form. The antibody is affinity purified and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

It was generated against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 819–1118 of human UPF1/RENT1 (NP_002902.2), with a reported molecular weight of 130 kDa. The formulation is Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal. The product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.

Validated applications include WB, ICC/IF and IP. Recommended starting dilutions are WB 1:500–1:2,000, ICC/IF 1:50–1:200, and IP 1:500–1:1,000.
