Anti-uPA (L239) Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody to uPA (L239) supplied by Antibodies.com within the Primary Antibodies category. The unconjugated reagent is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. It is formulated at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.

According to the manufacturer, the antibody was raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 211–260 of Human uPA and detects endogenous levels of uPA protein. The expected molecular weight is ~ 48 kDa. Purity is reported as > 95% by SDS-PAGE, achieved through affinity-purification of rabbit antiserum using the epitope-specific immunogen.
