Anti-UNC5C Antibody

UNC5C is a transmembrane dependence receptor for the netrin family of axon guidance cues, mediating repulsive signaling through its cytoplasmic death domain when unbound by ligand. This rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal preparation from Antibodies.com targets the human UNC5C ectodomain and supports Western blot detection of the full-length receptor, immunohistochemical localization in neural and epithelial tissue, and flow cytometry quantification of cell-surface expression on cultured human cells.
