Description
A rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com, raised against UmuD and supplied as an unconjugated liquid antiserum. The reagent is of the IgG isotype and has been validated for Western blot (WB) application, with reactivity directed against Escherichia coli. The immunogen used to generate the antibody was a recombinant LacZ'-UmuD fusion protein, and the product is supported by one scientific validation image.
The antiserum is formulated with 0.05% sodium azide. It is shipped at 4°C; on arrival it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles. A manufacturer-recommended starting dilution of 1:3,000 is given for Western blot.
