Anti-UMPS Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal reagent is raised against UMPS (Uridine 5'-monophosphate synthase, also known as OMPdecase or UMP synthase) and is validated for Western blotting and immunofluorescence on human, mouse, and rat samples. The antibody was generated by immunising rabbits with a recombinant human UMPS immunogen and subsequently affinity-purified, providing a tool that recognises endogenous levels of the target. It is supplied as an unconjugated preparation at 1.0 mg/mL in a 50 µL volume, formulated in phosphate-buffered saline at pH 7.4 (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺), containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol as a cryoprotectant. Recommended working dilutions are 1:500 to 1:2,000 for Western blotting and 1:50 to 1:100 for immunofluorescence, allowing flexible assay optimisation across blotting and imaging workflows.
