Anti-UMP-CMP Kinase Antibody

Offered by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal reagent is raised against UMP-CMP Kinase and supplied as a 50 µl liquid aliquot at 1 mg/mL. It is unconjugated and formulated in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide, and the antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen (a peptide derived from the N-terminal region of human UMP-CMP Kinase). The host species is Rabbit, the clonality is Polyclonal (IgG isotype), and the antibody is validated for ELISA, Western Blot (WB), Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) and Immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications. It detects endogenous levels of UMP-CMP Kinase (CMPK1) and shows reactivity with Human, Mouse and Rat samples, with Western Blot analysis demonstrated on HeLa cells.
