Anti-UMOD Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this polyclonal primary antibody is raised in rabbit and directed against uromodulin (UMOD), also known as Tamm-Horsfall urinary glycoprotein (THP). The reagent is supplied as an unconjugated, affinity-purified preparation at approximately 1.0 mg/mL in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.4) containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, and is offered here in a 50 µL pack size. The immunogen used was recombinant human UMOD protein, and the antibody detects the endogenous total UMOD protein in validated Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications, with reactivity confirmed against human, mouse and rat samples. The antibody is shipped at 4 °C and should be aliquoted upon arrival and stored at −20 °C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
