A rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody from Antibodies.com, unconjugated and raised against ULK4. It is validated for Western blot and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence and reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples.
The reagent was generated using a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–290 of human ULK4 (NP_060356.2) and is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. The target has a reported molecular weight of 160 kDa. It is purified by affinity chromatography.
Recommended starting dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for Western blot and 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF. The product is shipped at 4°C and, upon delivery, should be aliquoted and stored at –20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
