ULK3 (Unc-51 Like Autophagy Activating Kinase 3) is a 53 kDa serine/threonine kinase that initiates autophagosome formation and serves as a positive regulator of Hedgehog signal transduction through phosphorylation of GLI1 and GLI2 transcription factors. This rabbit polyclonal IgG reagent from Antibodies.com was raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 44–240 of human ULK3 (RefSeq NP_001092906.3) and affinity-purified to enrich for target-specific immunoglobulin.

Validated for Western blot application, the unconjugated antibody binds the ULK3 target across human, mouse, and rat samples, enabling detection of endogenous kinase levels in cell line lysates and primary tissue homogenates.
