Anti-ULK2 Antibody

Offered by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against ULK2, a serine/threonine kinase also known by the synonyms ATG1B, KIAA0623, and Unc-51-like kinase 2, and is supplied as an unconjugated IgG at a working concentration of 1 mg/ml. Each vial contains 50 µl of antibody formulated in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol as a preservative and stabilizer, and the reagent is validated for Western blot (WB) applications on human samples. The host species is rabbit, the clonality is polyclonal, and the conjugate status is unconjugated, leaving the antibody free for direct detection or for downstream labelling in custom assays. Because reactivity has only been confirmed against human ULK2, it is best suited to studies of human cell lines or tissues, particularly those exploring autophagy regulation, axonal elongation pathways, or the Smith-Magenis syndrome region on chromosome 17 where the ULK2 gene resides.
