Anti-ULk1 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody targets ULk1 and is supplied as a liquid preparation. The unconjugated IgG reagent is raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 200-300 of human ULK1 (NP_003556.2) and is affinity purified. It is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications, with recommended dilutions of WB: 1:100-1:500 and ICC/IF: 1:50-1:200, and is supported by 4 scientific validation images. Reactivity has been demonstrated with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples, and reported molecular weights are 150 kDa and 140 kDa.

The formulation is Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% Glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300, with concentration reported as lot specific. The antibody is shipped at 4°C; on receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
