Anti-ULBP1 Antibody

The antibody was generated against a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 26–216 of human ULBP1 (NP_079494.1) and recognises the target at approximately 28 kDa. It is purified by affinity chromatography and formulated in phosphate buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. Recommended working dilutions are 1:1,000–1:2,000 for WB and 1:100–1:500 for IHC. The product is shipped at 4 °C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
