Anti-UIMC1 Antibody

This polyclonal antibody targets UIMC1 (Ubiquitin Interaction Motif Containing 1), also known as RAP80, a nuclear protein that functions as a key mediator in the DNA damage response. UIMC1 recognizes K63-linked ubiquitin chains through its tandem UIM domains and recruits the BRCA1-A complex to sites of DNA double-strand breaks, supporting homologous recombination repair and G2/M checkpoint control following genotoxic stress.

The reagent is raised in rabbit and supplied at 1 mg/ml in PBS containing 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol as a cryoprotectant.
