Anti-UIMC1 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this primary antibody is a rabbit polyclonal reagent targeting UIMC1 (also referred to as RAP80). It is supplied unconjugated as an IgG preparation and has been validated for western blot (WB) and immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications on human, mouse, and rat samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1-150 of human UIMC1 (accession NP_057374.3). The antibody is affinity-purified and supplied as a liquid in phosphate buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal. Recommended dilutions are 1:500-1:2,000 for WB and 1:50-1:100 for ICC/IF. Storage guidance is shipment at 4°C followed by aliquoting and storage at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles to be avoided.
