Anti-Uhrf2 Antibody - Identical to Novus (NBP2-41416)

It is unconjugated, of the IgG isotype, and supplied as a liquid formulation in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. The antibody has been validated for Western blotting and reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 636–733 of mouse Uhrf2 (NP_659122.2). The target has a reported molecular weight of 95 kDa, and the antibody has been affinity purified. The recommended Western blot dilution range is 1:500–1:1,000, with concentration given as lot specific.
