Anti-UHRF2 Antibody

Offered by Antibodies.com as part of their Primary Antibodies range, this unconjugated polyclonal antibody targets UHRF2. The reagent is raised in rabbit (IgG isotype) and reacts with human, mouse and rat samples. The antibody was generated using recombinant full-length human UHRF2 as the immunogen and specifically detects endogenous levels of the UHRF2 protein. It is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with purity reported as greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE. The product is supplied at 1 mg/ml in PBS containing 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, and the target protein resolves at approximately 56 and 90 kDa. UHRF2, also referred to as NIRF, is an E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase, and additional synonyms listed for the target include Np95-like RING finger protein, Nuclear protein 97, RING finger protein 107 and RNF107.
