Anti-UHRF1 (N-terminus) Antibody

Mouse monoclonal antibody from Antibodies.com raised against the N-terminal region of UHRF1, a nuclear epigenetic regulator that couples histone H3K23 ubiquitination to maintenance DNA methylation by recruiting DNMT1 to hemimethylated CpG sites during S-phase replication.

Each vial delivers 100 µl of purified antibody in 0.1 M Tris-Glycine buffer (pH 7.4) with 150 mM sodium chloride, 0.2% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol as a cryoprotectant. Aliquot upon receipt and freeze at -20°C for long-term storage; protect from light and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles to preserve binding activity.
