Anti-UHRF1 (ChIP Grade) Antibody

Antibodies.com provides a rabbit polyclonal antibody directed against UHRF1, qualified for chromatin immunoprecipitation (ChIP Grade). The reagent is unconjugated and was raised against recombinant full length human UHRF1, detecting endogenous levels of the UHRF1 protein.

Validated applications include Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), immunoprecipitation (IP) and ChIP, with reactivity confirmed against human samples. The antibody is of the IgG isotype and is supplied at 1 mg/ml in PBS containing 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol.

Affinity purification from rabbit antiserum was carried out by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, yielding a purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The target has a molecular weight of approximately 90 and 110 kDa.
