Anti-UHRF1 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com, raised against UHRF1 and supplied as an IgG in liquid form. The unconjugated antibody is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) with 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and the target protein has a reported molecular weight of 95 kDa. Affinity purified and supplied at a lot-specific concentration, the antibody ships at 4°C and should be aliquoted upon delivery for storage at -20°C; repeated freeze/thaw cycles should be avoided.

Validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) against human and mouse samples, with four scientific validation images. Recommended starting dilutions are WB: 1:100-1:500, IHC: 1:50-1:200, and ICC/IF: 1:20-1:50. The immunogen was a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1-260 of human UHRF1 (NP_001041666.1).
