Description
Antibodies.com offers a rabbit polyclonal antibody directed against UGT8, validated for Western Blot (WB) applications. The unconjugated reagent was raised in rabbit and is reactive with human, mouse, and rat samples.
The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues in human UGT8, and the antibody detects endogenous levels of UGT8 protein. It is supplied at 1mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% Sodium Azide, 50% Glycerol. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen, with purity > 95% (by SDS-PAGE). Molecular Weight: ~ 61 kDa.
