Anti-UGT2B7 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody targets UGT2B7 and is supplied as an unconjugated IgG in liquid form. The reagent reacts with human, mouse and rat samples and has been validated for Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), with two scientific validation images supporting these applications.

The antibody was raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 25–351 of human UGT2B7 (NCBI accession NP_001065.2), and recognises a target of approximately 70 kDa. It is formulated in phosphate buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal, with concentration reported as lot specific. Recommended working dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for WB and 1:50–1:100 for ICC/IF.

The antibody is purified by affinity chromatography. It is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at –20°C upon arrival; repeated freeze/thaw cycles should be avoided.
