Anti-UGT2B4 Antibody

A polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com, raised in rabbit, is directed against UGT2B4. The unconjugated IgG reagent is intended for Western blot (WB) applications and has been validated for reactivity with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples. The recommended working dilution range for WB is 1:200–1:2,000.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 280–480 of human UGT2B4 (NP_066962.2). The antibody is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and is purified by affinity chromatography. The reported molecular weight of the target is 50 kDa. Upon receipt, the product should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
