Description
Rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com raised against UGT2B10, supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. The unconjugated IgG reagent is validated for Western blot and reacts with human, mouse and rat samples, with a recommended working dilution of 1:500–1:2,000.
The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 20–280 of human UGT2B10 (NP_001066.1). Following affinity purification, the antibody detects bands of approximately 65 kDa and 80 kDa. Concentration is lot specific. The product is shipped at 4 °C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
