Anti-UGT1A9 Antibody - Identical to Abcam (ab180707)

A rabbit polyclonal antibody specific for UGT1A9 (UDP-glucuronosyltransferase 1A9), supplied unconjugated as an IgG reagent by Antibodies.com. The antibody is reactive with human, mouse and rat samples and is validated by the manufacturer for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC); immunofluorescence (IF) is also listed as an application. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 26–250 of human UGT1A9 (NP_066307.1). Recommended starting dilutions are 1:500–1:1,000 for WB and 1:50–1:200 for IHC. The reagent is provided in liquid form with a reported molecular weight of 55 kDa, has been affinity-purified, and is supplied in phosphate-buffered saline at pH 7.3 containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide.
