Anti-UGGT1 Antibody

Offered through the Antibodies.com catalogue, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against UGGT1 (also referred to as UGGT/UGT1). It is of the IgG isotype, supplied unconjugated, and has been validated for Western Blot (WB) applications with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1456–1555 of human UGGT1 (NP_064505.1), and the target protein has a reported molecular weight of 177 kDa. The antibody is provided as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and has been purified by affinity chromatography.

For Western Blotting, the manufacturer recommends a working dilution of 1:500–1:2,000. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
