Anti-UFM1 Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody to UFM1, available from Antibodies.com. The antibody is raised in rabbit, is of the IgG isotype, and is supplied unconjugated. It is validated for western blot, immunohistochemistry, and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence applications.

It targets UFM1 and has been shown to react with human, mouse, and rat samples. The immunogen used to generate the antibody is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–63 of human UFM1 (NP_057701.1).

Recommended dilutions are WB: 1:1,000–1:5,000, IHC: 1:100–1:500, and ICC/IF: 1:50–1:200. The target protein has a molecular weight of 9 kDa. The reagent is affinity purified and supplied in phosphate buffered saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300. It is shipped at 4 °C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20 °C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles.
