Anti-UDG (H221) Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against UDG (H221) and is provided unconjugated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2. The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 200-240 of human UDG, and the reagent is reported to detect endogenous levels of UDG protein.

It has been validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) and reacts with human, mouse and rat samples. The antibody is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, and the purity is greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The target protein has a reported molecular weight of approximately 35 kDa.
