Anti-UCP3 Antibody - Identical to Abcam (ab180643)

A rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets UCP3 (Uncoupling Protein 3), supplied as a liquid and purified by affinity chromatography. The unconjugated IgG reagent is raised in rabbit and validated for Western blot (WB) with recommended dilutions of 1:500–1:2,000, reacting with Human and Mouse samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–110 of human UCP3 (NP_073714.1), and the target protein has a molecular weight of 34 kDa. The antibody is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) with 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal, shipped at 4°C and stored at -20°C upon delivery, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles.

UCP3 shows group-enriched tissue expression in skeletal muscle and tongue and is localised to the nucleoplasm, plasma membrane and cytosol.
