Description
A rabbit polyclonal antibody to UCN2 (Urocortin 2), supplied by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated reagent. It is validated for Western Blot (WB), Immunohistochemistry (IHC) and ICC/IF applications and reacts with human samples, detecting endogenous levels of the UCN2 protein. The antibody is raised in rabbit and is of the IgG isotype.
The immunogen is recombinant full length human UCN2. The antibody is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The target protein has a molecular weight of approximately 12 kDa. The product is formulated at 1 mg/ml in PBS containing 0.1% Sodium Azide and 50% Glycerol.
