Anti-UCK2 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody recognises the UCK2 target and is supplied unconjugated as a liquid. It is validated for Western blotting (WB) on human and mouse samples. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1–261 of human UCK2 (NP_036606.2), and the target protein has a molecular weight of 29 kDa.

The antibody is affinity purified and formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline at pH 7.3 with 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal. It is shipped at 4 °C; upon delivery, aliquots should be stored at −20 °C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The manufacturer recommends a working dilution of 1:500–1:2,000 for WB.
