Anti-UCHL5 Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal IgG reagent from Antibodies.com targets UCHL5 (ubiquitin C-terminal hydrolase L5), a cysteine-type deubiquitinase that trims ubiquitin chains at the 26S proteasome and within the INO80 chromatin remodeling complex. The unconjugated antibody is supplied as 50 µl of liquid in a vial, raised in rabbit, and validated for western blot, immunohistochemistry, immunoprecipitation, and flow cytometry on human and rat samples.

UCHL5 (also known as UCH37) controls ubiquitin recycling, governs substrate turnover by the proteasome, and has been linked to tumor progression, making this antibody useful for studies of proteasomal degradation, cancer biology, and chromatin regulation. As an unconjugated primary reagent it can be paired with user-selected secondary antibodies for fluorescence, chromogenic, or chemiluminescent detection.
