Anti-UCHL5 Antibody

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1–328 of human UCHL5 (NP_001186190.1), and the antibody has a reported molecular weight of 38 kDa. It is supplied as a liquid in phosphate buffered saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. Concentration is lot specific and the reagent is purified by affinity purification. Recommended dilutions are 1:100–1:500 for WB and 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF. The antibody is shipped at 4 °C; on receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at -20 °C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
