Anti-UCHL1 Antibody

It was generated using a recombinant full-length human UCHL1 immunogen and is supplied as an affinity-purified product with purity greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE, isolated from mouse ascites by epitope-specific affinity chromatography. The unconjugated antibody is provided in a ready-to-use liquid format in 0.1 M Tris-Glycine buffer (pH 7.4) containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.2% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol, and is available in a 50 µl pack size. Validated applications include Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry (ICC), with reactivity confirmed against human and monkey samples; the reagent specifically detects endogenous UCHL1 and does not cross-react with related proteins. In Western blotting, the predicted band size is approximately 25 kDa, with an observed band at around 28 kDa.
