Anti-UCHL1 Antibody

Produced by Antibodies.com, this mouse monoclonal reagent targets Ubiquitin C-Terminal Hydrolase L1 (UCHL1), a neuron-enriched deubiquitinating enzyme also known as PGP9.5. The unconjugated antibody is supplied as 100 µL of purified immunoglobulin in a Tris-Glycine buffer at pH 7.4, with 150 mM NaCl, 0.2% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol as cryoprotectant. It is validated for Western Blot (WB) and Immunocytochemistry (ICC), and shows reactivity with human and monkey samples. These features make it useful for neuroscience and neurodegeneration research, including Parkinson's disease models, peripheral neuropathy studies, and small-cell lung carcinoma diagnostics where PGP9.5 serves as a neuroendocrine marker.
