Description
Produced by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody, this reagent is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against UCHL1. It is validated for Western blot (WB) applications and supplied unconjugated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. The antibody is reactive with human, mouse and rat samples.
The immunogen used was recombinant full length human UCHL1, and the antibody detects endogenous levels of UCHL1 protein. The target has a molecular weight of approximately 25 kDa. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
