UCH-L1 (ubiquitin C-terminal hydrolase L1), also called PGP9.5, is a ~25 kDa deubiquitinating enzyme widely studied as a neuronal and neuroendocrine marker and investigated in neurodegenerative disease and oncology contexts. This rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com is supplied as a 50 µl aliquot in unconjugated format, with reactivity confirmed in human, mouse, and rat samples. It is validated for Western blot, immunohistochemistry, and ELISA, and the polyclonal immunoglobulin pool enables recognition of multiple epitopes across denatured lysates and fixed tissue sections.
