A rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody to UBTF, supplied unconjugated by Antibodies.com and validated for Western blot applications. The antibody reacts with Human and Mouse samples.

The reagent was raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 200-440 of human UBTF (NP_055048.1) and is recommended for use at a dilution of 1:500-1:2000 for Western blot. The target has a reported molecular weight of 110 kDa, and the antibody is purified by antigen affinity purification.

It is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.30, containing 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. The product is shipped at 4°C and, upon delivery, should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. For research use only; not intended for diagnostic or therapeutic use.
