Anti-UBTF Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting NDUFS8 (NADH dehydrogenase (ubiquinone) Fe-S protein 8), supplied unconjugated by Antibodies.com. The antibody is reactive with human and mouse samples and validated for Western blotting and immunohistochemistry. It was raised against a fusion protein corresponding to a region derived from internal residues of the human 23kDa target protein and detects endogenous levels of total NDUFS8. The product is supplied at 0.9 mg/mL in PBS, pH 7.3, containing 0.05% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, and has been purified by antigen affinity chromatography. It is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C upon delivery, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
