Anti-Ubr1 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified polyclonal reagent is raised in rabbit against a synthesized peptide derived from the internal region of human Ubr1 and is supplied as an unconjugated, liquid preparation at a concentration of 1 mg/mL. The 50 µL vial detects endogenous levels of the Ubr1 target (also known as E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase UBR1, N-recognin-1, or ubiquitin-protein ligase E3-alpha-1) and is validated for ELISA, Western blot (WB), and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications, with confirmed reactivity on human and mouse samples. The antibody has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by epitope-specific immunogen affinity chromatography and is formulated in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA, and 0.02% sodium azide. It is shipped at 4 °C; upon arrival it should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve activity.
