Anti-UBQLN2 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody from Antibodies.com targets UBQLN2 for use as a primary antibody. It is unconjugated and reactive with human and mouse samples, validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications [C0, S1].

Immunisation was performed with a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–150 of human UBQLN2 (NP_038472.2), and the target protein has a molecular weight of 70 kDa. The reagent is affinity-purified and supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, with five scientific validation images available [S1].

Recommended working dilutions are 1:200–1:2,000 for WB, 1:50–1:200 for IHC and 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF. The product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided [S1].
