Anti-UBN2 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against the UBN2 target and is supplied as an unconjugated liquid preparation for use in Western blot (WB) applications. The reagent reacts with human samples and is of the IgG isotype.

It has been purified by affinity purification and is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline at pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. The recommended Western blot dilution range is 1:500 to 1:2,000. The product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C upon delivery, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 1–100 of mouse UBN2 (NP_796159.3), and the target protein has a reported molecular weight of 190 kDa.
