Anti-UBL3 Antibody

From Antibodies.com comes a rabbit polyclonal antibody to UBL3. The reagent is unconjugated, of the IgG isotype, and validated for Western blot and immunohistochemistry, with reactivity against human, mouse, and rat samples. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1-117 of human UBL3 (NP_009037.1), and the target has a molecular weight of 13 kDa.

Supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, the antibody is affinity purified. Recommended dilutions are 1:1,000-1:2,000 for Western blot and 1:50-1:200 for immunohistochemistry. The product ships at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles.
