Anti-Ubiquitin (Acetyl-K27) Antibody

Provided by Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified rabbit polyclonal reagent is raised against a synthetic acetyl-peptide derived from the human ubiquitin sequence surrounding the lysine 27 acetylation site, enabling selective detection of endogenously acetylated ubiquitin. The antibody is supplied as a liquid at 1 mg/mL in PBS containing 0.05% sodium azide (approximately pH 7.11) and is offered in a 50 µL pack size. It is unconjugated and validated for Western blot (WB) applications, with reactivity confirmed against human, mouse, and rat samples.
