Anti-Ubiquitin (A46) Antibody

This Rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets Ubiquitin (A46) and is supplied as an unconjugated reagent. It is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications and has been shown to react with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 20–60 of Ubiquitin. According to the manufacturer, the antibody detects ubiquitin, polyubiquitin and ubiquitinated proteins. It is provided at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. The product has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with purity reported as > 95% by SDS-PAGE.
