Anti-UBF-1 (E536) Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against UBF-1. It is unconjugated and supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. The antibody is validated for use in Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications and shows reactivity with human, mouse, and rat samples.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 500-550 of human UBF-1, and the reagent specifically detects endogenous levels of UBF-1 protein. The target has a molecular weight of approximately 90 kDa. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with a stated purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
