Anti-UBE3C Antibody

This polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets UBE3C (Ubiquitin Protein Ligase E3C), a HECT-domain E3 ubiquitin ligase that drives substrate ubiquitination within the ubiquitin-proteasome system and contributes to endoplasmic reticulum-associated degradation (ERAD) pathways. Raised in rabbit and supplied as an IgG isotype in a 50 µl vial, the unconjugated reagent is validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), and immunofluorescence (IF) workflows. The antibody is reactive against human samples and is applied to studies of protein quality control, proteostasis, and E3 ligase biology across cell biology and oncology research, including investigations of prostate cancer and other tumor contexts in which UBE3C expression has been characterized.
