Anti-UBE3C Antibody

The UBE3C protein is a HECT-domain E3 ubiquitin ligase that extends pre-existing ubiquitin chains on substrate proteins, targeting them for proteasomal degradation through the ubiquitin-proteasome system. This unconjugated polyclonal reagent, raised in rabbit, is supplied by Antibodies.com and validated for western blot and immunohistochemistry on human samples. It supports research into ubiquitin-dependent proteolysis, post-translational modification pathways, and oncology-relevant signaling where altered proteasome activity is implicated in disease progression.
