Anti-UBE3A Antibody

This primary antibody from Antibodies.com is a rabbit polyclonal IgG raised against UBE3A, supplied as an unconjugated liquid reagent. It is validated for use in Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), and it reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. The antibody was generated using a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 300–590 of human UBE3A (NP_570853.1) as the immunogen, and it was affinity purified. It is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, with 50% Glycerol and 0.02% Sodium Azide. The observed molecular weight is 100 kDa. Recommended starting dilutions are WB at 1:100–1:500, IHC at 1:50–1:200 and ICC/IF at 1:50–1:200.

The antibody is shipped at 4°C; on arrival it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. Concentration is reported as lot specific.
