Anti-UBE2V2 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody to UBE2V2 (also referred to as MMS2), available from Antibodies.com. The unconjugated IgG reagent is raised against a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1–145 of human UBE2V2 (NP_003341.1) and is affinity purified. It is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide.

Validated for Western blot and immunohistochemistry on Human, Mouse and Rat samples, with two scientific validation images. Recommended dilutions are WB 1:500–1:2,000 and IHC 1:50–1:200. The target protein has a molecular weight of 16 kDa. The antibody is shipped at 4°C; upon receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
