Anti-UBE2V1 Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets UBE2V1, a ubiquitin-conjugating enzyme E2 variant (also known as UEV1 or CROC1) that participates in K63-linked polyubiquitination. UBE2V1 functions as a heterodimer with UBE2N/Ubc13 and contributes to DNA double-strand break repair through the error-prone translesion synthesis pathway and Fanconi anemia signaling.

The reagent is supplied as 100 µl of unconjugated antisera, validated for Western blot and immunofluorescence applications on human and mouse samples.
